Job Title: Business Development Manager

1. Strong domain knowledge, with good relationship with Publishers.
2. Knowledge of Performance Business campaigns (CPA/CPI/CPL/CPR/CPS)
3. Prior experience of delivering Performance campaigns in different domains.
4. Working knowledge of Tracking platforms and Attribution tools (such as Trackier, AppsFlyer Singular, Branch, Offers18) for campaign setup, delivery, monitoring & optimization

Job description:

• Handling Advertiser/ publisher/Affiliate Engagement and Retention
• Oversee and manage every aspect of a client’s campaign in a timely and efficient manner which includes conducting campaign kick-off calls, campaign implementation, launch and optimization.
• Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets defined for the assigned category.
• Acquiring Advertisers / Publishers for Performance marketing campaigns
• Work with the management to develop effective sales strategies for revenue growth
• Maintaining and analysing campaign wise performance data sheet for each publisher.
